Cursed Creation

God's Creation - Earth - perfection

Man - sin - curse - corruption - suffering

Christ - death - atones - eternal deliverance

Salvation- Christ Alone - free gift - through faith

Romans 7:24

[24] Wretched man that I am! Who will deliver me from this body of death?

2 Corinthians 5:2

[2] For in this tent we groan, longing to put on our heavenly dwelling,

Romans 8:19-21

[19] For the creation waits with eager longing for the revealing of the sons of God. [20] For the creation was subjected to futility, not willingly, but because of him who subjected it, in hope [21] that the creation itself will be set free from its bondage to corruption and obtain the freedom of the glory of the children of God.

Isaiah 25:9

    [9] It will be said on that day,

        “Behold, this is our God; we have waited for him, that he might save us.

        This is the LORD; we have waited for him;

        let us be glad and rejoice in his salvation.”

Romans 5:12-15

Death in Adam, Life in Christ

[12] Therefore, just as sin came into the world through one man, and death through sin, and so death spread to all men because all sinned—[13] for sin indeed was in the world before the law was given, but sin is not counted where there is no law. [14] Yet death reigned from Adam to Moses, even over those whose sinning was not like the transgression of Adam, who was a type of the one who was to come.

[15] But the free gift is not like the trespass. For if many died through one man’s trespass, much more have the grace of God and the free gift by the grace of that one man Jesus Christ abounded for many.

Isaiah 53:11

    [11]

    Out of the anguish of his soul he shall see and be satisfied;

    by his knowledge shall the righteous one, my servant,

        make many to be accounted righteous,

        and he shall bear their iniquities.

John 14:6

[6] Jesus said to him, “I am the way, and the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.

1 Timothy 2:5

[5] For there is one God, and there is one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus,

Galatians 3:20

[20] Now an intermediary implies more than one, but God is one.
