Get Ready For God's Glory

For the earth will be filled with the knowledge of the glory of the LORD as the waters cover the sea.  - Habakkuk 2:14

Blessed be his glorious name forever; may the whole earth be filled with his glory! Amen and Amen!  - Psalm 72:19

Wake up church!
Stay in revival!
God forgive us for not acknowledging Your glory.
You are the dwelling place for the Holy Spirit.
Speak to us O God!

12 and all the Levitical singers, Asaph, Heman, and Jeduthun, their sons and kinsmen, arrayed in fine linen, with cymbals, harps, and lyres, stood east of the altar with 120 priests who were trumpeters;
13 and it was the duty of the trumpeters and singers to make themselves heard in unison in praise and thanksgiving to the LORD), and when the song was raised, with trumpets and cymbals and other musical instruments, in praise to the LORD, "For he is good, for his steadfast love endures forever," the house, the house of the LORD, was filled with a cloud,
14 so that the priests could not stand to minister because of the cloud, for the glory of the LORD filled the house of God. - 2 Chronicles 5:12-14

Experience God in His sanctuary.

They worshiped together.
They celebrated God.
They raised their voices in song to God.
Be desperate for Him.

As the body of Christ came together, they worked and worshiped God.

Behold, how good and pleasant it is when brothers dwell in unity!  - Psalm 133:1

Humble your heart before the Lord.
There are many members of the body.
Each with His own talent, given by God, to be used for the glory of God.
God give us the passion to be in true worship.

Three results of God's glory:
The glory of God can be messy.
The glory of God is obvious.
The glory of God is about God.

Let our focus be on God alone!
Glorify Him!

Not to us, O LORD, not to us, but to your name give glory, for the sake of your steadfast love and your faithfulness!  - Psalm 115:1

Only God has the power to save!
He alone is worthy!

20 Now to him who is able to do far more abundantly than all that we ask or think, according to the power at work within us,
21 to him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations, forever and ever. Amen. - Ephesians 3:20-21
